My name is Viv Bennett (Mr) and I established Thames School of Motoring in 1991.
I offer a 1.5 hour Introductory or Assessment lesson for only £25 - without any further obligation.
My normal tuition prices then apply which are listed on the right together with the Driving Test fees (GOV UK).
Instructor Experience
Before starting Thames School of Motoring I worked for several driving schools in Oxford, both large and small. As one of the most experienced driving instructors in Oxford, I am professional, friendly, patient, and very reliable.
Areas & Services
I give driving lessons in Oxford and some surrounding areas, teaching pupils of all ages and all stages of learning. My tuition is tailored for students' needs helping them enjoy the lessons and learn at their own pace. They are picked-up from their homes, schools or work places. As well as normal hourly lessons I offer:
Assessments / Semi-intensive lessons / Mock tests / Motorway / Pass Plus / Refresher lessons
Pass Rate

Annually, the Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) send to Approved Driving Instructors their pass rate statistics. I gladly show students my statistics dating back to 1999 which show that, each year, my pass rate is always significantly higher than the instructor average.

Tuition and Test Fees
